Posture!
How’s your posture? Does your neck hurt? Maybe this will help you understand why. Forward head posture makes your head heavier and heavier! As I tell my clients: shoulders down and back, chest out, belly button pulled in, chin level with the floor!! Your ears should be over your shoulder, and if they’re not, you’re going to feel it.
