Cary’s Garage is a fully-equipped private studio, and our focus is reality-based functional training to help you increase your good health and reach new fitness levels. Our workouts consist of total-body strength training mixed with plyometric drills, balance exercises, flexibility work, and nutrition coaching to help you reach your individual goals.
